1. Do pranayamam yogasanam and exercise for atleast ten minutes daily in the early morning. 

2. Drink 200ml of Ohmgrass juice after toothwash. This will reduce your wight. So avoid it if you don't want to reduce your weight.
Method of preparation: Mix two grams of Ohmgrass powder in a cup of water stirwell filter and drink.

3. Those who are underweight drink our Ohmbrain powder in the early morning.
Method of preparation: Mix two gms of Ohmbrain powder in a tumbler of water. Filter and drink.

4. Avoid cooked food and do practice to eat un-cooked food in the morning. 

5. During the hours of morning ten and eleven and evening three and five prepare vegetable soup or herbal coffee and tea or kashayam or extracts of green leaves, fruits and tender fruits juices and consume them.
Including Diabetes all patients are required to follow the table given below.

Except diabetes patients others have an option to take all types of fruits till their satisfaction in the morning, evening, and at night. Rheumatic patients do not take vegetables and fruit juices if their body is not accepting. Rheumatics and Arthritis patients do take the following soups or kasayams one by one upto 8 times per day.
